Real Estate Finance
We represent borrowers and lenders in real estate financing, and we have worked both seats — one of our partners served as associate general counsel to a publicly traded bank.
Our work runs from a single-asset acquisition loan to the consolidation of a legacy portfolio into one bank facility, and includes the financing that sits underneath residential land development: acquisition and development loans, revolvers, letters of credit posted against public works agreements, and the guaranties that go with them.
