Our Land Use Practice Group is experienced in a wide range of land use matters, frequently representing property owners and developers in the preparation of applications for site plans, variance, re-zoning, subdivision, and other governmental approvals. KatzDay frequently works in conjunction with development professionals such as architects, engineers and land planners. Furthermore, we offer zoning due diligence analysis, evaluation of project feasibility studies, and related representation before local planning boards of adjustment and other governmental authorities.
