Jacob G. Pesetsky advises clients on real estate acquisitions, financing and homebuilder lot transactions, pairing a financial analyst's background with a year on the bench side of contract disputes and appeals of governmental decisions.
Jacob joined KatzDay as an Associate in 2025 after a year-long clerkship with the Honorable Julie L. Glass in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County. Before law school, he worked as a financial analyst at Regions Financial Corp., focusing on corporate initiatives and the consumer bank’s footprint.
Jacob earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024 and his B.A. in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2018.
